Three injured in roof collapse incident

LAHORE:Three persons were injured after a roof of a house collapsed near Golden Mosque in Altaf Colony. Nearby people called rescue fighters who removed the debris, evacuated the victims and shifted them to a nearby hospital. The injured victims were identified as Waqas 22, Yaseen 26 and Liaqat 62.

Biker dies in accident

A 30-year-old motorcyclist has died after being hit by a speeding vehicle in Cantonment area on Thursday. Reportedly, the victim identified as Rehan was riding a bike and going somewhere. As he reached Nadeem Chowk, he was hit by a speeding car. The victim died on the spot. His body was moved to morgue.

Bike lifters arrested

Mughalpura Police has arrested two members of a bike lifting gang identified as Wajid and Allah Rakha. The suspects were history sheeters and have been involved in many robbery bids in the areas of Gowalmandi, Mughalpura, Baghbanpura and Manawan. Over 12 bikes, five mobile phones, pistol, bullets and cash have been recovered from their custody.
