LAKKI MARWAT: Four bullet riddled bodies were found near Azad Naurang area in the jurisdiction of Shaheed Asmatullah Khan Khattak police station of Naurang town on Tuesday. A police official told this correspondent that a patrolling police party of Shaheed Asmatullah Khan Khattak police station headed by station house officer learnt that four bodies had been dumped on a muddy canal road. “Upon that the law enforcers reached the place and shifted the bodies to a hospital in Naurang town,” he said.
The official said that the cops also seized two motorcycles from the site where the bodies were found. He said that the deceased were later identified as Naseem Khan, Farmanullah, Dakter Khan and Umeeullah belonging to village Tap Takhtikhel bordering the frontier tribal region.
“Three of the killed men including Naseem Khan, Farmanullah and Dakter Khan were proclaimed offenders and they were wanted by police in several heinous nature cases including those relating to terrorism and possessing explosives”, claimed the official. He said the government had fixed the head money of Rs 500,000 for the hardened outlaw Farmanullah while the other three were the members of his notorious kidnappers cum bandit gang. He said that police registered a case under relevant section of the law and began investigation.
