ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC ) has issued notice to interior secretary, defence secretary, home department and Superintendent Adiala Jail on petition filed by PTI founder seeking court order in connection with his meeting with party leaders without any interference in Adiala Jail.
Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq heard the case Thursday besides summoning reply from all respondents till next week.
Shoaib Shaheen, counsel for Imran Khan told the court Imran Khan be allowed to meet party leaders without interference. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till next week.
