Last year I wrote a letter about how the roads and streets in our neighbourhood had all been dug up and were yet to be filled and re-carpeted.
A year on, the situation has not changed and the monsoon season is right around the corner. If Karachi sees heavy rain in the coming weeks, the residents of our area will see much destruction and mayhem.
