Vacant posts
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the non-availability of a general surgeon and eye specialist at District Headquarter Hospital Naushahro Feroze. The post of general surgeon has been lying vacant for the last two years and the post of eye specialist has also been vacant for the last six months. This is unacceptable and has resulted in immense suffering for the people of Naushahro Feroze and surrounding areas.
Without a general surgeon and eye specialist, there has been a significant decline in the quality of healthcare services at the hospital. Patients are being forcefully referred to other cities for treatment, causing unnecessary hardships and financial burden. I urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action to fill these vacant posts. The people of Naushahro Feroze deserve access to quality healthcare and it is the responsibility of the government to ensure this.
