ISLAMABAD: Judicial Magistrate Raja Farrukh Ali’s court acquitted Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Raja Khurram Nawaz and others in a May 9 case registered in Koral Police Station.
During the hearing, the court gave a verdict on the pleas of acquittal. Narrated, Syed Muhammad Ali Bukhari Advocate on behalf of Shah Mehmood Qureshi, while Sardar Masroof Advocate and Raja Ansar Mehmood Kayani Advocate on behalf of Raja Khurram Shahzad Nawaz argued that the founders of PTI, Asad Umar and Ali Nawaz Awan have already been acquitted.
A case was registered against Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Raja Khurram Nawaz and others in Koral Police Station in May 2022.
