Four robbers arrested after ‘encounters’ with police
LAHORE : Four robbers were arrested from three different locations of the provincial capital on Sunday.
Data Darbar police signaled two motorcyclists to stop for checking. The bike riders started firing at the police, resulting in one of them being injured by the firing of his accomplice.
Police arrested the injured bike rider identified as Bilal Nawaz and shifted him to a local hospital. Bilal was said to be involved in heinous crimes.
Similarly, Badamibagh police chased two motorcyclists who were on their way back after committing a robbery. The robbers fired shots at the police and one of them being injured by the firing of his accomplice. The injured robber identified as Bilal was involved in robbery and theft cases. Kahana Dolphin Squad arrested two robbers near Ahluwala Road, Kahna. The accused were identified as Aftab and Ali.
