TTP man killed in Bannu

PESHAWAR: A top terrorist of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was killed during an operation in Bannu district late Thursday night.
According to the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), an intelligence-based anti-terror operation was conducted in the Talgai area of Wazir Tehsil of Bannu district.
A most wanted terrorist identified as Umar alias Mustafa was killed in the action. He was wanted for bomb blasts, attacks on police and other incidents.
The CTD recovered arms and hand-grenades from the possession of the slain terrorist.
