Allama Iqbal library, which happens to be one of the few public libraries in Rawalpindi, faces unprecedented incompetency in terms of its management and administration. Bad lighting, loadshedding for hours, lack of air conditioning in the reading hall and non-availability of filtered and cold water are what greet the students who choose to go here.
The library administration ought to take swift steps to address the aforementioned issues so that students can find a comfortable environment to study in.
