Danish Atlas fails to qualify for Houston Open main round

KARACHI: Danish Atlas Khan failed to qualify for the main round of the 50,000 Houston Squash Open at Life Time Athletic Club in Houston, Texas on Thursday.

Henrik Mustonen of Finland humiliated Danish 11-8, 11-7, 11-5 in just 27 minutes in the qualifying finals. The only hope now for Pakistan is Shahjahan Khan, who got wildcard for this event to face eighth seed Omer Abdel Meguid of Egypt in the main round.
