ISLAMABAD: Justice (R) Wajihuddin Ahmad-led tribunal has challenged the decision of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan of dissolution of the tribunal and summoned him to appear before it on April 21.
While announcing appointment of Tasneem Noorani as PTI’s Chief Election Commissioner, PTI chief through a press release had dissolved the Election Tribunal on intra-party election.
