Fesco directs officers to redress public complaints

FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) CEO Rashid Ahmed Aslam Wednesday directed all superintending engineers (SEs), executive engineers (XENs) and sub-divisional officers (SDOs) to remain in their offices from 1900 to 2300 hrs to meet with any electricity emergency situation and attend consumers’ complaints without any delay.
He said all SEs (Operation) and SE (GSO) will submit their performance report to the chief engineer (Operation) and chief engineer (O&M) T&G.
On the special directives of the CEO, the project director (Construction) has also constituted emergency teams to cope with any emergency.
These teams would be available round the clock to help and facilitate Operation as well as GSO formations especially in the areas of Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha and Mianwali.
