Working of Emergency Centre reviewed
LAHORE:Punjab Minister of Health and Emergency Services Khawaja Salman Rafique presided over an important meeting at the Emergency Services headoffice on Friday.
Secretary Emergency Services Punjab Dr Rizwan Naseer, Deputy Director of Finance Ijaz Virk, Head of Law and Administration Ali Hassan, DDR, Toheed, Head of Information Diba Shahnaz and other officers attended the meeting. The minister discussed the performance of motorbike service, annual development projects, air ambulance service, life saver programme and service on Motorway. Dr Rizwan and other officers briefed the meeting. The minister also visited the Emergency Response Centre and reviewed the overall working.
On the occasion, the minister said the Emergency Services is according special attention to capacity building of field staff. He lauded the Air Ambulance service from the Punjab Chief Minister. Dr Rizwan said the emergency services were being improved in line with the vision of the health minister.
