Levies, Khassadars protest for acceptance of their demands

GHALLANAI: The cops, including senior officials, locked the office of the district police officer and various police stations in protest on Monday against the government for not honouring the pledges made at the time of ex-Fata merger into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The personnel of the Levies force and Khassadars from various police stations gathered at Ghallanai and locked the DPO office and police stations to protest the government indifferent attitude towards them.They said that government had agreed with them on 22 points but the agreement was not honoured.
