Armed men kill man in Nowshera
NOWSHERA: Five armed men dressed in police uniform shot dead a man after kidnapping him from his home at night along with his brother in Akora Khattak.
One Ali Nawaz told the police that he was asleep at home along with other family members when a group of five armed men clad in police uniform knocked at their gate. He said the armed men barged into their home and bundled him and his brother Ahmad Nawaz into separate vehicles parked outside and left.
He said that they were disembarked from the vehicles at Surriya Pul area in Akora Khattak where his brother Ahmad Nawaz was killed by the armed men. He said the armed men let him go after killing his brother. Ali Nawaz said the armed men told him they had killed his brother at the behest of their uncle Ahmad Khan with whom they had a land dispute. The police registered a case and started an investigation into the incident.
