The IMF is hereby notified to strongly dictate to the Pakistan finance ministry to enforce a 15 per cent reduction in its total expenditure every year for three consecutive years.
It must also at the same time not make new allowances in any way for all government departments. That is the only way for the IMF loans to be paid off by Pakistan.
