Noor stuns Asim to reach squash semis

KARACHI: Pakistan’s Noor Zaman stunned his compatriot Asim Khan to reach the semifinals of the $12000 West of Ireland Open on Friday. In the quarterfinals, sixth seed Noor overpowered top seed Asim 9-11, 11-8, 11-7, 11-7 in 62 minutes. Now, Noor is to face third seed Viktor Byrtus from Czech Republic in the semis.
