LAHORE:On the instructions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Deputy Commissioner Lahore Rafia Haider issued a notification for the new price of Roti and Naan. The price of 100 grams of roti has been fixed at Rs16, while the price of 120 grams of Naan has been fixed at Rs20.

Deputy Commissioner issued notification under clause five (3), (4d) and six of the Punjab Price Surveillance of Essential Commodities Ordinance 2023. The new price will be applied immediately across the district, added spokesperson for DC Lahore.

New prices were fixed on the recommendation of the Food Department in view of better wheat crop, supply and price, said spokesperson for DC Lahore. People can register a complaint about the price of Roti and Naan at any place on 080002345 said the spokesperson.
