A rickshaw driver was killed in the Quaidabad area of Karachi after being hit by a bullet fired during a children’s fight on Saturday.
The incident took place in Majeed Colony where 35-year-old Mohsin, son of Muslim, was killed in firing. Following the incident, police and rescue workers reached the scene and transported the casualty to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.
Police said the deceased man was a rickshaw driver and the incident took place while he was returning home on his rickshaw. As unidentified persons fired gunshots during a children’s fight, a bullet hit Mohsin resulting in his death. Quoting the family, police said that during the altercation, the victim tried to flee when the firing began but he was hit by a bullet in his back, which proved fatal.
