Shehbaz gives additional portfolios to five ministers
Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer has been given the additional portfolio of National Food Security and Research
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif Wednesday allocated additional portfolios to five federal ministers.
Federal Minister for Privatization Abdul Aleem Khan has been given the additional portfolio of Commerce Division, Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Chaudhry Salik Hussain will hold the additional responsibilities of Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer has been given the additional portfolio of National Food Security and Research, Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal Chaudhry gets additional charge of Inter-Provincial Coordination, while Minister for Petroleum Musadik Masood Malik has been given the additional responsibilities of Water Resources.
According to a notification issued by the Cabinet Division, the prime minister has allocated additional portfolios of ministries and divisions to the federal ministers in terms of rule 3(4) of Rules of Business 1973.
