Two killed in Khairpur, Kashmore disputes

SUKKUR: Two people were killed in the Khairpur and Kashmore districts on Tuesday in separate clashes and the people of Bhellar closed the National Highway in protest.

In Karampur, a land dispute between the Nindvani and Jafferi communities led to the death of a person from Nindvani.In Sobhodero, Khairpur, a family dispute between Manghneja groups resulted in the death of Asif Bhella and injuries to Suhbat Manghnejo.

The body of Asif Bhellar was placed on National Highway Hingorija in Khairpur by his parents which caused a traffic jam.Asif Bhella’s father protested his son’s death by blocking the National Highway Hingorija in Khairpur, demanding the arrest of those involved. The victim’s father claims his son wasn’t involved in the family feud.
