F/9 rape accused sent on 14-day judicial remand

ISLAMABAD: Judicial Magistrate Murid Abbas’s Court sent accused Sajid Hassan to jail on a 14-day judicial remand in the alleged rape case of a 12-year girl in F/9 Park. During the hearing, the accused Sajid Hassan was brought before the court by the police.
The investigation officer requested a judicial remand. The court accepted the request and sent the accused to jail on judicial remand with direction to submit the challan of the case on April 3. A case was registered against Sajid Hasan in Margalla police station under the section of rape.
