LAHORE: The entrance tests for admission to public and private engineering universities across Punjab, including University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore and its sub-campuses for autumn session started on Monday.
A UET spokesperson said that the tests would continue till March 15, 2024 in 12 centres across Punjab while the result of the tests would be announced on 22nd of this month. The candidates who do not appear in the entrance tests would not be eligible for admission in the Pakistan Engineering Council's approved undergraduate programmes of UET in the autumn session commencing from Sept 2024, he informed.
