Teachers rally against proposed privatisation of schools

JARANWALA: A large number of male and female teachers of different government schools took out a rally against the proposed privatisation of schools.
The rally started from the Islamia High School and marched through various roads of the city. The protesting teachers carrying banners and placards chanted slogans in favour of their demands. While addressing the rally in front of Kutchehry, various speakers said that the proposed privatisation of the schools was against the interest of the country. They demanded the government withdraw from the decision.
