Musharraf denies having any offshore company, account

ISLAMABAD: The Secretary General of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Dr. Muhammad Amjad in a statement clarified that former President Pervez Musharraf while talking to him (Dr. Amjad) said that he or his family has no offshore company or account abroad. The accounts mentioned in the story of Pervez Musharraf’s offshore accounts are fake as he has one account in his name and the other one is a jointaccount with his wife which is in the Union National Bank. He said before 2009 he had no property or bank account abroad and the whole assets he posses in Pakistan were given by Pakistan Army whereas he bought the assets with his own income and through his well wishers abroad. He said neither he nor his family was involved in corruption.
