No permanent registrar at Fuuast for 21 years

For 21 years the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology (Fuuast) has been deprived of a permanent registrar, controller of examinations, finance director and planning director. The educational institution has been suffering from adhocism. Twenty vice chancellors have been appointed at the university over the past 21 years. Only six of those 20 VCs were permanent.
