LAHORE: Partly cloudy and dry weather was observed in the City here on Sunday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
Met officials said a westerly wave was affecting upper parts of the country. They predicted that cold and dry weather was expected in most parts of the country while very cold in upper parts. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm (light snowfall) was expected in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Sunday’s minimum temperature was recorded at Leh, Kalat and Kalam where mercury dropped to -08°C, while in Lahore, it was 9°C and maximum was 20.5°C.
