ISLAMABAD: Daughter of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and daughter of former president Asif Ali Zardari Aseefa Bhutto were present in the Speaker gallery reserved for special guests in the House to witness the memorable scenes of the swearing-in ceremony as they attracted the attention of other guests.
When the names of Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari were called to sign the membership register, the daughters of both expressed their happiness by raising spontaneous slogans in favour of their parties.
Before leaving at the end of the session, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz lovingly put her hand on Aseefa Bhutto’s head, hugged her, congratulated her and expressed her wish for future contact and meeting. Special Assistant to Asif Ali Zardari Rukhsana Bangash and Senator Ishaq Dar were also present on this occasion.
