LAHORE: Another traffic warden of City Traffic Police Lahore (CTPL) has completed a PhD degree from Punjab University. The traffic warden Habib ul Rehman received the degree in South Asian Studies and wrote a paper on "Pak-China Relations".
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Ammara Athar appreciated the traffic warden for his hard work. She said that over 130 wardens had received MPhil degrees and 10 doctorate degrees. More than 80% traffic wardens have masters degrees, she said.
