Leadership vacuum

Every nation needs an audacious leader who can raise his/her voice for the voiceless people. In the 20th century, many leaders of Muslim leaders took effective steps for the betterment of their respective nations and the Muslim world in general. Sadly, such leadership appears to be sorely lacking today, as the cases of Palestine and IIOJK demonstrate. Our leaders appear helpless in the face of the occupation and murder of innocent Muslims. We need a return of the strong leadership we once had and for that we must choose capable leaders who will not shy away from confronting issues like the illegal occupations of Palestine and Kashmir.
