Four arrested for murdering taxi driver

LAHORE: Police have arrested four suspects, including a woman, involved in the murder of an online taxi driver.
SSP Operations Ali Raza while speaking at a press conference at Qila Gujjar Singh Police Lines said Abdul Rehman, son of Maulana Shakeel, central information secretary Ahl-e-Hadith, was found dead in bush near Pattoki on February 20. His body bore torture marks. The suspects identified as Kinza, Ahmad Shahzad, Ahmad Aish and Kashif had snatched his car and killed him on resistance.
17 die in accidents: The Emergency Services Department (ESD) responded to 1,221 road traffic accidents in all districts of Punjab during the last 24 hours. In these accidents, 17 people died, whereas 1,264 were injured.
