SSGC organises public hearing to address complaints

The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) provided an open forum for complaint redressal to its customers by convening a physical/in-person Khuli Kachehri session at the company’s head office auditorium.

Amin Rajput, deputy managing director (F&A)/CFO, along with senior executives, heard the customers’ gas-related queries and ordered their redressal in the quickest possible time.

The deputy managing director assured the customers that the SSGC would make every possible effort to address their grievances even though the company was faced with the tough challenge of ensuring sustainable gas supplies due to the continuously depleting gas reserves in the country.
