NAWABSHAH: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf central leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi said there were no differences within the ranks of PTI.
Qureshi said this while talking to media at the Nawabshah Press Club on Thursday. He said that news of differences in PTI is just a government propaganda. He said that party leader Chaudhry Sarwar has left for the UK to run election campaign of his son.
He appreciated the role of press clubs, adding that the clubs play important role in carrying the voice of oppressed to concerned departments. He said that “Eliminate Corruption Save Country” is movement of oppressed section of Pakistan.
He said that governments are coming and going but the life of common man has remained unchanged. He said that our struggle is bringing up new people those are striving for change. Qureshi said that overseas Pakistanis are sending $2 billion from their hard earned money, while on the contrary the rulers are depositing looted money in foreign countries.
He said that the government every year imposes tax in budget on items of common man whereas the well to do persons and rulers remain safe from it. He said that PTI is not doing the politics of propaganda and allegations while the government is showing its anger on PTI.
He said that ICIJ group of 370 journalists have investigated the issue. Qureshi said that the agenda of government is to clash opposition on the issue and divert public attention. To a question, he said that Pakistan aims to be a peaceful neighbour of India but in
return India has to resolve the Kashmir issue and to stop the activities of RAW in Pakistan.
