I humbly request the higher authorities to please disallow the entry of technical experts (engineers, doctors, IT specialists etc) into the civil services through the CSS and PMS exams.
The talents of these skilled professionals are more needed and better spent in their respective sectors, where they can better contribute to the technical advancement and uplift of Pakistan.
