In light of the special session scheduled for the Sindh Assembly on February 24, 2024, traffic management measures will be enforced, diverting vehicles to temporary alternative routes starting from 8am until the conclusion of the session.

A spokesperson for the Traffic Police announced on Friday that vehicles coming from Fawara Chowk, Sindh Club, and Saddar would be rerouted away from MR Kayani Chowk. Traffic bound from Ahl-e-Hadith Chowk to Court Road would be redirected towards Fresco Chowk and Regal Chowk.

Similarly, vehicles approaching from Shaheen Chowk and II Chundrigarh Road would not be permitted to proceed towards MR Kayani Chowk, with diversions guiding them towards Khajoor Chowk or Pakistan Chowk.

Furthermore, traffic originating from Chhatri Chowk, Fresco Chowk, and other surrounding areas would be steered away from MR Kayani Chowk, instead being directed towards Pakistan Chowk. Additionally, access to Aiwan-e-Saddar Road, Artillery Maidan Thana Gali, Sarwar Shaheed Road, and Coast Guard Officers Mess would be restricted from moving towards MR Kayani Chowk.
