A man sustained burn injuries during a fire that broke out at a residential apartment in Surjani Town on Thursday.
According to police, a fire tender from the fire brigade department immediately reached the property and extinguished the fire. The victim, identified as 31-year-old Ovais, was taken to the hospital for medical treatment. The police stated that the fire apparently broke out due to gas leakage, resulting in severe burn injuries to the victim while completely gutting his apartment in flames.
