LAHORE: The Lahore High Court refused to provide services of nine judges to investigate the allegations of rigging in the election.
The Election Commission of Pakistan had asked the Lahore High Court to provide the names of nine judges to be appointed as tribunals. However, the court declined the request due to pending cases and shortage of judges.
The court has send the names of Justice Sarfaraz Dogar and Justice Sultan Tanveer to the ECP for appointment as tribunal judges.
