The elections are over and, though the results remain controversial, it is clear that Pakistan cannot afford to redo the entire exercise. Politically and economically, we are in an extremely fragile condition.
Rather than street protests, they must assume their parliamentary responsibilities. Let us move forward and resolve our issues in a civilized manner. My generation is anxiously looking towards the political leaders to get serious about addressing the many real problems facing the nation.
