HARIPUR: A soldier killed in Tirah valley in Khyber Agency a day earlier was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard in Kot Najibullah on Sunday. The family sources said that Lance Naik Basharat Zaman was killed in a clash with the militants in Tirah valley in Khyber Agency on Saturday night. His body was shifted to his native village in Kot Najibullah where his funeral prayers were offered. The military officials and a large number of local people attended the funeral prayers. He was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard with state honours.
