ISLAMABAD: The caretaker federal cabinet, through circulation, has approved a summary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for the formation of six-member Balochistan Pemra Council of Complaints.
The cabinet named Ms Durcheen Marri as chairperson of the Pemra Council of Complaints, Balochistan. Members of the council include Attaullah Kalpar Bugti, Afzal Murad, Maryam Tanveer and Alam Zeb Marri. The council was dysfunctional since August 14 due to non-appointment of its chairman and members. New chairperson and members have been selected through a process of interviews.
