Sara Aslam gets additional charge of NFC
The Federal Cabinet has approved a summary of the Ministry of Industries and Production in this regard

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Cabinet has okayed giving additional charge of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Fertilizer Corporation (NFC) to Additional Secretary Ms. Sara Aslam for a period of three months or till privatization of NFC.
The Federal Cabinet has approved a summary of the Ministry of Industries and Production in this regard. Ms. Sara Aslam herself is serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Industries and Production.
The NFC has been without CEO for the last four years mainly due to financial constraints. It was in March, 2020 that then PTI government decided to appoint CEO on interim basis but the same decision was not implemented.
