ISLAMABAD: The federal cabinet has approved the appointment of Jahangir Akhtar as the Gas Utility Court judge to deal with the theft cases.
The cabinet approved a summary of the law and justice ministry through circulation to activate the Gas Utility Court by approving the judge’s appointment. The ministry has also notified the appointment of Jahangir Akhtar for three years. The federal cabinet also approved the posting of Sadaf Yousuf as the Judge of Special Court for Narcotics Control, Karachi for three years. A summary recommending the appointment of Rajab Ali as the Ehtesab Court Peshawar judge has also been approved. Similarly, Wajid Ali would act as the Banking Court judge for three years.
