ISLAMABAD: FIA has issued another call-up notice to Aleema Khan, sister of PTI founder. FIA Counter Terrorism Wing (CTW) has summoned Aleema Khan at 11am on February 6 for investigation.
Aleema Khan has been directed to appear at 11am on February 6 in CTW headquarters, Islamabad.
Notice has been issued under 160 CRPC in connection with inquiry No 244.
The notice contains allegations of fomenting hate material through electronic and print media and creating fissure between people and army through criminal conspiracy.
In case of her non appearance it will be considered she has nothing to say in her defence. Legal proceedings will be initiated if she does not appear.
The call-up notice has been issued to Aleema Khan at her Lahore residence address. FIA cyber crime wing has summoned Aleema Khan at 11am today (Sunday) too.
