DERA ISMAIL KHAN: A youth and young girl were shot dead for honour at Darazinda Road in the district on Saturday.
According to details, Lachmir, Anwar Khan, Niaz, Jumma Khan and Rasool Khan, residents of Maskota Road, alleged shot dead Mir Baz, 19, a resident of Zhob who is currently living at Zarkani Road in Daraban, and Shehnaz Bibi, 17, for having illicit relationship in the jurisdiction of Daraban Police Station.
The youth and the girl sustained multiple bullet injuries and died on the spot.
Soon after the incident, the police rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to the local hospital for medico legal formalities.
The police also registered a case against five accused on the complaint of Faiz Muhammad, the father of slain youth.
