ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Aneeq Ahmed discussed various aspects of Haj 2024 arrangements with Saudi envoy Nawaf Saeed Al Maliki at Saudi Embassy on Thursday.
They deliberated on finalizing the arrangements for the next pilgrimage. The minister highlighted comprehensive preparations being made ahead of schedule this year.
He said that Pakistani Haj pilgrims would now be able to complete their Saudi visa bio-metrics using the bio app at their homes adding the ministry will announce a detailed training and bio-metric schedule for the pilgrims next week.
Pakistan has implemented several unique and exemplary measures for the convenience of its pilgrims this year.
Nawaf Saeed Al-Maliki congratulated Pakistan for its inclusion in the top three countries receiving awards for best coordination and provision of the best haj services.
He praised the minister for ensuring excellent facilities for the pilgrims and acknowledged the commendable role of the Pakistani Ministry of Religious Affairs and Haj Mission in providing services and facilities to the pilgrims.
