Aseefa stated this on Saturday as she led an election campaign rallies in various areas in Keamari and West districts in the city where she spoke to activists and supporters of the party. Aseefa, accompanied by the local PPP leaders and former legislators, were very warmly received by the area people.

Speaking to the rally, she urged people to lend their fullest support to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in the upcoming elections. She promised the people that after the PPP came into power, shanty settlements in the city would be regularised while their inhabitants would get ownership of the land where they had been living.

Aseefa appealed to the residents to vote in favour of the PPP’s candidates in the general elections so that Bilawal could become the next prime minister. She said the Mazdoor and Kissan cards to be issued by the PPP’s next regime would revolutionise the lives of people from underprivileged communities.

Aseefa told the participants of the rally that only the PPP stood fully committed to serving the people in the best possible manner.

She said that Bilawal after becoming the prime minister would ensure the provision of 300 units of electricity free of charge to the destitute people while three million houses would be built for homeless people.

The rally stopped at several spots, including Shireen Jinnah Colony, Hub River Road, Maripur, Younisabad, and Baldia Town, where Aseefa addressed the area people. She repeatedly emerged from her vehicle and warmly responded to the jubilant crowds of supporters, who raised pro-Bilawal slogans.

PPP leaders Saeed Ghani, Abdul Qadir Patel, Javed Nagori, Liaquat Askani, Asif Khan, and others accompanied Aseefa in the rally.

Addressing a women-only gathering organized by the PPP as part of its election campaign in the Chanesar Goth area of the city on Friday, Aseefa had said, “The PPP and the Pakistani people will emerge successful in the February 8 election as we jointly transform the country’s destiny.”

She mentioned that her mother had dedicated her life to the struggle for securing women's rights, and her father and former president Asif Ali Zardari launched the Benazir Income Support Programme to grant financial autonomy to women from underprivileged families in the country.

Aseefa added that the PPP’s primary focus, upon coming into power, would be on providing healthcare facilities, as these services should be available to every citizen irrespective of their socio-economic status. She claimed, “The PPP stands for serving the destitute people in the country.”

She highlighted the PPP's achievements, mentioning the construction and expansion of the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation in Karachi and other cities of the province. She also noted the launch of the Pink Bus Service for women commuters in urban areas and the regularization of shanty settlements in the cities.

Aseefa announced that, after coming into power, the PPP would provide up to 300 units of electricity free of charge to low-income power consumers.

Karachi PPP President Saeed Ghani stated that the areas included in the PS-105 constituency were like a mini-Pakistan, with people from all ethnic and linguistic communities residing in them. He claimed that past PPP governments had successfully resolved issues faced by the people in the constituency. “Up to 70 percent of the water supply issue in the constituency has been resolved, and soon it will be resolved up to 100 percent,” he said.
