Hospitals on high alert over security threat

LAHORE : The Punjab government has put government hospitals of Lahore on high alert vis-a-vis security threat in the wake of upcoming general elections on February 8, 2024.

In a Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department's letter issued on Wednesday, the CEO of the District Health Authority (DHA), Lahore, placed authorities of the following hospitals of Lahore on high alert: Medical Superintendents of Services Hospital,

Mayo Hospital, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Jinnah

Hospital, Lahore General Hospital, Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore, Government Mian Munshi DHQ-I Teaching Hospital, Lahore, Government

Kot Khawaja Saeed Teaching Hospital, Government Yakki Gate, Teaching Hospital, Lahore, Social Security Hospital, Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Government Mozang Teaching Hospital, Government Said Mitha Hospital, Government Mian Meer (DHQ Level)

Hospital, Bilal Gunj (THQ Level) Hospital, Govt

General Hospital Police Line Qila Gujar Singh, Govt Eye & General
