A two-member bench comprising Justice SM Attique Shah and Justice Waqar Ahmad heard the petition.

Ali Gohar Durrani, who appeared on behalf of the former minister, said that his client Taimur Jhagra should be provided the details of all the cases against him. The additional advocate general Daniyal Asad Chamkani told the court that no case had been registered against Taimur Jhagra but he was facing an inquiry of the Anti-Corruption Establishment in which he was on bail. Mohammad Ali, Deputy Prosecutor of National Accountability Bureau, told the court that there was no NAB case against the former minister. However, he said that NAB had summoned Taimur Jhagra as a witness in a case.

Similarly, the court directed the respondents to provide the details of the cases registered against the PTI leaders, including Aftab Alam, Yousaf Khan and others and stopped the government from taking action against them.

Meanwhile, another two-member PHC bench consisting of Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah said the interim bail granted to PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat could be cancelled if he did not appear before the court at the next hearing. The bench was hearing his writ petition seeking the details of the cases registered against him.
