Seven terrorists killed in Zhob: ISPR

Arms, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered on their person

RAWALPINDI: The security forces Monday killed at least seven terrorists involved in hostile activities against the armed forces and innocent civilians during an exchange of fire in Sambaza Sector area of Zhob district, near the Pakistan-Afghan border.

According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the troops effectively surrounded the terrorists during an intelligence-based operation and engaged them. As a result of exchange of fire, seven terrorists were gunned down. Arms, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered on their person. The seven killed terrorists remained actively involved in “Sanitization operation is being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists present in the area.
