Scandalously slow

NADRA seems to struggle with basic tasks and can’t quite cope with office rushes. My recent visit to the NADRA office for a crucial matter left me taken aback by the extensive queue, each person diligently waiting their turn.

Scandalously slow

Fatigue set in as I couldn’t even secure a chance to reach the counter. Interestingly, this NADRA office is situated in the federal capital, Islamabad. Despite the abundance of managerial staff, only two or three counters were operational, leaving the rest closed, perhaps intentionally. It’s a head-scratcher, considering the grandeur associated with NADRA.

The lack of efficiency and the absence of a streamlined process were conspicuous, making the entire experience more cumbersome than necessary. This encounter with NADRA raises questions about the organization’s commitment to service excellence. NADRA really needs to step-up its management game. It is a real hassle for people trying to get in touch with them. Many folks cannot even get through to their helpline. The organization must rethink its approach and make things more straightforward and less draining for the people seeking its services.
